The year is 2035. Almost 20 years ago citizens of The Republic had to search for a shelter from the hell and destruction of the violent and terrifying Third World War. Very few were fortunate enough to barely find a safe haven behind the lovely gates of 'Glory'.
Today, with the fear and rot of death on the surface has become merely an unpleasant memory of the past, the once safe hideout became a prison to everyone trapped beneath its grasp. Buried underground, devoured in the darkness of this claustrophobic space with no hope of escape, the black shadows hide secrets darker, more sinister, and more terrifying than the madness that is taking over residents of the Shelter 'Glory'.
Detailed and extensive environments set in post-apocalyptic versions of real-world locations
Expansive levels with giant cities, tunnels, bunkers and deep mines
An exciting and rich story with unexpected twists and turns
Extensive weapons arsenal with myriad types of opponents
State-of-art effects using the newest Unreal Engine 3
Play the game, overcome your fears, and attempt to save the residents of the dreaded Shelter and attempt to find a new safe harbor a new safe haven… but is anything safe after the Fall? Can anything be safe again?

Afterfall: Insanity gives fans of gritty, horror-action games a whole helping of what they enjoy. Despite its issues with a simplistic combat system and sometimes unintentionally comical cut scenes, the game is otherwise considerably solid. As I even own it i recommend it a go.
