Personally Identifiable Information
OnlineKeyStore does not share, disclose or sell any personally-identifiable information (such as your name, address, telephone number or e-mail address) collected online on OnlineKeyStore sites with other unaffiliated companies or organizations for non-OnlineKeyStore marketing purposes. Because this information is a critical part of our business, it would be treated like our other assets in the context of a merger, sale or other corporate reorganization or legal proceeding. OnlineKeyStore also does not market to, or knowingly collect personal information from, children under he age of 13 on Company sites.
How We Use Information
OnlineKeyStore uses the personally-identifiable information we collect online principally to provide you with the service(s) you have ordered and to let you know about other offerings which may be of interest to you. Postal and e-mail address information, for example, enables communication about services offered and ordered, as well as the proper provisioning and billing of those services.

Q: What if I forgot my password?
A: If you have forgotten your password, click Sign In on the menu bar to access the Sign In screen. Click on the Forgot your password? link. On the password retrieval page, you may enter your e-mail address, and then click Get Password. We will send your password to the e-mail address we have on file for your account.
Q: Do I have to register and sign in to purchase products?
A: You have to be a registert user to purchase items. Once you have added a product to your cart and clicked the Checkout button, you will get redirect to to the registration page.
The benefits of registering are that we can make your shopping experience easier by keeping track of billing and contact information in a fully-secured environment protected by SSL technology. Added benefits include a member profile page and the ability to view your account history with us.
Q: How do I add an item to my shopping cart?
A: To add an item to your shopping cart, on the Product page enter the quantity you wish to purchase in the quantity field and then click Add to Cart.

Information Collection, Storage and Use
We refer to information that identifies an individual as "Personal Information." In general, OnlineKeyStore collects Personal Information from users of the Direct4Drive Sites in connection with access to certain online areas or services, including during (i) registration for certain online community services and tools such as message boards, chat rooms or other community services; (ii) registration for special communications, such as email updates and newsletters; (iii) subscription registration; (iv) user surveys; (v) events, sweepstakes, contests or promotions; and (vi) registration for online multi- or single-player gaming, either through the Direct4Drive Sites, within a game publisher's site or through the game itself. We may gather data about the areas of the OnlineKeyStore Sites you visit or access. We do not use any of this navigational data about where you "as an individual user" go on OnlineKeyStore Sites or share any of this data with third parties. However, we do use and share navigational data in aggregate, non-personal form to understand how our users as a group use the OnlineKeyStore Sites.

B. Membership Information. When you register for membership on an OnlineKeyStore Site, we will ask you for certain minimum required information, such as your name, birth date, gender, email address and zip code. We may also ask for additional information about you and your interests. We do this so we can better understand your preferences and tailor the OnlineKeyStore Sites to suit you better. The more information you volunteer, the more we can tailor the OnlineKeyStore Site and promotions to your interests. Additionally, third-party service providers may require you to assent to their privacy party as a condition to receiving their service.

Co-registration with Other Sites. As a member, we offer you the ability to co-register with select third-party partner sites. In some instances where OnlineKeyStoreprovides co-registration, the co-registration partners allow you to opt-out of their membership. If you choose to co-register with our partners and accept their terms of service, then you are automatically registered as a member of their select web sites and your Personal Information is transferred to those organizations. Advertisers. OnlineKeyStore may send you emails on behalf of our advertisers. Other Parties. We occasionally provide third parties with Personal Information limited only to your physical address in order to send you promotional mailings. C. Email Updates to Members. If you so elect at registration, we may periodically send you promotional email about products or services offered by the Direct4Drive Sites, our partners and advertisers. E. Surveys and User Research. OnlineKeyStore conducts email and web-delivered surveys from time to time, as well as instant polls, to gather information about our users. Taking these surveys and polls is entirely optional. You have no obligation to respond to them. We share only the aggregate results of these surveys, not Personal Information, with our advertisers and partners to help them better understand our services and monitor the reach of their advertising or other offerings on our service. H. Software Updates; Interactive Material. OnlineKeyStore automatically updates software used in conjunction with certain of the services available on the OnlineKeyStore Sites. In order to update this software, OnlineKeyStore collects a user's current version information from the user's computer. This information is not archived and is only used to determine which software requires updating. OnlineKeyStore may record audio conversations or copy text chat or video images from chat rooms on the OnlineKeyStore Sites and may disclose such material for use in connection with promoting the OnlineKeyStore Sites.
I. Sites You Visit. As you access our Partner Sites and browse around the OnlineKeyStore Sites, OnlineKeyStore may store information about which pages and which Partner Sites you visit and other information presented in your browser's URL address line. OnlineKeyStore will use this information to help determine what our users are most interested in.
J. Sharing Non-Personal Information. OnlineKeyStore may share information that is not Personal Information -- meaning non-personal, aggregate, or summary, information regarding our users -- with other third parties not mentioned in this Policy. This kind of information does not identify you individually.
K. Merger or Acquisition. You could use our Mirror, or the download via the Steam page.
After downloading and installing Steam you've to set up an account for Steam.
For setting up a new account just click on "Create a new account...".

After your successful activation Steam is directly downloading your purchased game. [First it just checks your disk space]
You'll see now that the game is activated and on your "My Games" list.
After downloading the game, just click on it to run it.
After logging into your account, just scroll down to "Your Profile" and click on "Order History".
Now just leave the "All Dates" marked.
So you could see all your purchased games, by just clicking on "Search".
Now you see the "OrderID", the "Status" and the date you purchased the game.
By ticking the box in front of your order and clicking "Invoices for selected", you'll get a mail like showen in the first picture.
By clicking on "Send" the mail with the key will be resended to you.
First you've to download now this Mini-Image.
And you've to download Deamon Tools.

Then, after downloading and installing Deamon Tools, you'll see it in your tray.
If you do a right click on this icon, you'll see the follwing menu.
Just go to "Virtual Drives", that's the 2nd point.
Now you can add or remove virtual drives.
If you added a virtual drive, just make a left click on the tray icon and you'll see a empty drive.

As you may be aware EA have now discontinued BF2 as a downladable game from retail over EADM but we know a way to get around that by installing the ISO with any bf2 key (keygen or used key) then replacing it in the registry with your purchased key, below is a guide: -
1. Mount DVD/ISO in demon tools or alcohol 100%.
2. When asked for a key use the keygen key attached in this guide.
3. Patch up to the newest available, once done follow the below guide to play online.
Go to the "Start" menu, select "Run", type "regedit" and click "OK".
Navigate to the following registry key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Electronic Arts\EA Games\Battlefield 2\ergc
Note: In 64-bit operating systems, this path may begin as: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Electronic Arts\EA Games\Battlefield 2\ergc.
Right click on the registry value "ergc" (this should appear as a folder in the registry) and select modify.
Delete everything there apart from x9392 then input your purchased key after it looking like this "x9392yourpurchasedbf2keyhere"
then you are good to go
Due to the many recent questions received about activating keys from The Sims 3 series here is the detailed description:
1. Log in to http://www.thesims3.com using your Origin account.
2. If you have any games from this series added to the Origin, then on the right side of the website icons from these games should appear.
3. To add a game look for the option "Register a new game", if this option is not visible, use Ctrl + A and look for it again.
4. After adding the game, wait about 30 minutes and log into your Origin account where the added game should appear allowing its download.
5. If this game won't appear you must contact with the EA support and ask them to add this game to your Origin game list because it did not appear after you activated it on the website.

What is the OnlineKeyStore Refund Policy?
Refunds may only be offered if one the following conditions are met:
- The time of your request for refund/replace is less than 48 hours from time of purchase (Preorder can be anytime up to a week before release).
- Not finished and not completed orders can be refunded.
- If you receive an incorrect product, a refund is possible, if the game key has not been activated.
- If there is no attachment to your email/No serial inside the email.
- If order was sent no refund is possible because of digital items being received.
- Refunds will not be issued based on technical failure of a game, failure to meet the minimum requirements to run the game on your computer or for lack of enjoyment while playing the game. Please go on http://cyri.systemrequirementslab.com/srtest/ to check if you can run the game.
Please note that the publisher of the game might not support direct digital download of the game from its website / servers. The CD-Key provided by OKS comes from original Retail DVD of the game and you will be the only person to have the serial.
EA are currently working on adding code to their website to allow redemption of retail codes so games can be redeemed via Origin prior to 2008, below is a list of games that currently cannot be added:

Possible Reasons for Receiving Invalid Product Activation Key Message:
- Product key has not been entered correctly, please double check activation key and try multiple variations.
- Product keys are region specific, EU activation keys will only work on EU accounts with a EU billing address. Please verify the activation key you have purchased is for the region registered to your gaming account. It is the customers responsibility to confirm what region their account is registered to before completing their purchase.
If you are receiving an invalid product activation key message when activating your product key please create a support ticket or email firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
If your product key is invalid, not working we will do one of the following:
- Refund your payment.
- Replace your activation key.
- Provide instructions to use your activation key.
You may have not received your order for the following reasons:
Your order is under management review, a small percentage of orders require approval by management. The approval process is usually completed within 4 hours however can take up to 24 hours.
